Job Title: Credit Services
Location: Caldecotte, Milton Keynes
Salary: £18,500 rising to £19,400 after 6 – 12 months.
Hours: Available Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm – working Monday to Saturday, 8 hour shifts.

Role Summary:

Researching and responding to customer requests via mail, email, fax and other means pertaining to cardholder/corporate accounts and ensures compliance with client, regulatory, and association rules and regulations. Utilising extensive knowledge of banking products and services to research, update and document cardholder accounts. Recognising potential fraud, credit, collection and chargeback issues and forwards them to the appropriate department.

5 weeks of training are provided – the training is fun, interactive, classroom and activity based and you will be training with at least 10 new starters. Your coach will work with you on a daily basis to provide support, let you know how you are progressing, listen to your calls, coach you and ensure you are happy in your role! Training will be Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm

The client is very keen on internal progression. Starting on the telephone provides a core foundation in Financial Services and Payments and will benefit you in the long run allowing you to progress throughout the company.

Key Requirements

• Experience in a customer service environment over the telephone OR face to face
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office
• Ability to use in-house computer and telephony systems
• Demonstrable experience of achieving targets
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work as a team and on own initiative
• Flexibility to meet the needs of our business

• Experience within the financial sector
• It may be necessary to undergo credit, fraud and DBS checks
