Job Title: Fraud Analyst
Location: Milton Keynes
£20467.20 a year
Hours: Shift work between 8am – 9pm Monday to Sunday.
PLEASE NOTE: you must be fully flexible and willing to work the above hours.

Role Summary:
Investigate potential credit card fraud cases based on information received from the fraud detection system. Analysing several aspects of account history, to include payment and transaction history. Contacting customers and merchants to obtain additional information regarding fraudulent charges. Maintaining accurate and complete documentation of all information necessary for the investigation.

5 weeks of training are provided – the training is fun, interactive, classroom and activity based and you will be training with at least 10 new starters. Your coach will work with you on a daily basis to provide support, let you know how you are progressing, listen to your calls, coach you and ensure you are happy in your role!

The client is very keen on internal progression. Starting on the telephone provides a core foundation in Financial Services and Payments and will benefit you in the long run allowing you to progress throughout the company.

Key Requirements

• Experience in a customer service environment over the telephone OR face to face
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office
• Ability to use in-house computer and telephony systems
• Demonstrable experience of achieving targets
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work as a team and on own initiative
• Flexibility to meet the needs of our business

• Experience within the financial sector
• It may be necessary to undergo credit, fraud and DBS checks
