Flexible Working Executive Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for experienced Executive Recruitment Consultants who want a flexible working arrangement to compliment a work life balance. This is a full time role with two days in the office and three working from home. You must have at least 3 years experience in any sector recruiting on a permanent or contract basis. We do not manage by KPI’s but purely on results achieved. This role allows you to manage your own clients and candidates with the support of an established brand, in house L&D department, back office support and CRM system. We are looking for candidates who have a proven billing history where customer service is the top priority and focused on building our brand. These roles are available due to our growth strategy for 2019/2020.
