Customer Service Manager

Ideally looking for someone who is looking to go into management, that has previous supervisory or team leader experience.

However, will be temp to perm

Hours will be 8.30am – 5pm however, further hours maybe required during peak and if issues arise.

Managing a team over approx. 6-12 depending on the time of year, will also involve working remotely and at home.

Own transport is essential, as they also may need to go to London office from time to time.

Previous Customer service experience to a team leader/supervisor standard.
E-commerce experience preferred but not essential.
Good internet and social media skills.

Essential:

Attention to detail.
Ability to liaise and communicate with upper management.

Duties will include:

• Managing a team of customer service advisors.
• Overseeing all aspects of the customer service experience and procedures.
• Supporting, training and motivating the team.
• Investigating and solving customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Helping to develop and implement customer service policies.
• Implementing rotas and targets.
• Analysing statistics and data to determine levels of customer service provided.
• Writing reports and developing feedback from customers.
• Holding team meetings to discuss expectations productivity and to listen to any team concerns or issues.
• Meeting with managers and directors to discuss issues. performance and improvements needed.
• Carrying out staff reviews and appraisals.

Rate of Pay

£23,000.00 – £24,000.00 per year
