Customer Service Advisor

Job Purpose

To provide every customer with a shopping and service experience that is second to none. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for answering our customer queries across a number of communication platforms and do so in line with the Brand strategy and agreed Service levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding Customer Service across Phones, emails, Live Chat and Social Media. Meet every customer interaction with a personalised and friendly manner.
• To be the first point of contact in assisting with customer enquiries and demonstrate exceptional complaint handling.
• Maximise our sale’s opportunities through customer conversations and continued product training.
• To work with other departments and provide customer product and service feedback to help strengthen our operational, quality and service offer.
• Assist with regular reporting on customer trends, sentiment and overall brand satisfaction.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures and SLA’s. Demonstrably convey a professional image and work ethic at all times.

Personal Specification

• Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within a customer service / Contact Centre environment
• Great sales skills
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Pro-active approach to problem solving and decision making
• Ability to work as part of a friendly and creative team as well as autonomously
• Positive and helpful attitude
• Always happy to go the extra mile for the customer
• Team oriented, enthusiastic and highly motivated

Rate of Pay

£8.35 – £9.35 per hour
